Spiritual Living as Diversity
Human Diversity is God’s (Source, the Universe, the Infinite, Elohim, Energy,...pick a name that works for you) signature in the realm of time and space. Diversity speaks loudly of Infinite, Divine Intelligence, since there are billions of people on the planet and yet no two are exactly the same.
This means that Divine Mind has billions of ways to reveal Itself on the planet. It is a beautiful virtue and yet humanity has misunderstood it. In humanity’s misunderstanding, the appearance of prejudice, racism, bigotry, abuse, hatred and war have seemingly reared their heads.
This misunderstood virtue can also appear as apathy, the act of submission, disdain,
inequality, subjugation, control, or simply ; I am right and you are wrong. No matter how intense or how subtle the appearance may be, these are continuous forms of resistance.
Resistance is yet another form of the idea that God is separate from us. When humans are in resistance, it does not allow what is truly present to be revealed; ever-expanding Good.
So, what do we do?
Don’t just talk the talk, walk the walk.
How? Know God in yourself first and you will learn that to really know God in you is to allow the space for someone who may look physically different to share God’s revelation in the same space as you. Listen with your inner ear, feel it with your heart. You might learn something. When you get tempted to limit another, STOP, forgive yourself and move on. We are not robots. We are all endowed with Divine Intelligence. Wisdom lies within all people. By allowing this to be, we raise our human vibration on the planet to a Heavenly State. Yes, heavenly. Remember? We are Heirs to the Kingdom of Heaven, NOW!
The best gift you can give the world is your Divine Self. The best gift you can receive is the Divine Self of another.
